Where and How to Play Tomodachi Life

Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream runs on supported Nintendo Switch hardware. It is not a browser game, and Nintendo does not list official Android or PC editions.

Where You Can Play

Use a supported Nintendo Switch console and obtain the demo or full game through Nintendo or your regional eShop.

• Nintendo Switch is the primary platform
• Nintendo lists Nintendo Switch 2 compatibility
• A free demo is available in supported regions
• No official browser, Android, or PC edition is listed

What Online Actually Means

Nintendo lists local wireless item exchange. Local wireless requires nearby compatible systems; it does not mean two players can run one shared island over the internet.

Do not buy a Nintendo Switch Online subscription solely for Tomodachi Life unless the regional product listing names a feature that needs it.

Free Demo and Full Game

The demo is the safest way to test Mii creation and the early island loop. Nintendo says demo progress can transfer to the full game, but you should confirm the regional store note before starting.

The full game is a paid release. Price and availability vary by region.

Avoid Fake Browser Versions

A site that promises an instant full browser version, ROM, NSP, title key, or bundled emulator is not an official release. Do not enter your Nintendo account or download unknown installers from those offers.
